Abstract:

The admission to a doctor-osteopath, as a specialist of the primary level, can apply patients with various diseases, which requires from the specialist comprehensive knowledge in most clinical areas. It is important to properly and promptly deal with the patient′s complaints, determine the indications and contraindications for osteopathic correction, build up the logistics of patient management in terms of appointment of further examination and possible consultations of other specialists. In addition, it is also necessary to understand how the data obtained from laboratory and instrumental examination methods can directly help in the choice of treatment tactics for the patient. Separately, the use of various means to assess the clinical effectiveness of the osteopathic procedure is quite acute. A clinical case is described, which examines the possibility of using ultrasound examination of vessels in the practice of an osteopath to verify the intended diagnosis, selection of correction techniques and evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of the treatment.

На прием к врачу-остеопату как специалисту первичного звена могут обратиться пациенты с самыми разнообразными заболеваниями, что требует от него разносторонних знаний по большинству клинических направлений. Важно грамотно и оперативно разобраться с жалобами пациента, определиться с показаниями и противопоказаниями к проведению остеопатической коррекции, выстроить логистику ведения пациента в плане назначения дообследования и возможных консультаций других специалистов. Кроме этого, нужно еще понимать, как полученные данные лабораторных и инструментальных методов обследования непосредственно могут помочь в выборе тактики лечения пациента. Отдельно достаточно остро стоит вопрос применения различных средств оценки клинической эффективности проводимого остеопатического лечения. Описан клинический случай, посвященный изучению возможности применения УЗИ сосудов в практике врача-остеопата с целью верификации предполагаемого диагноза, выбора техник коррекции и оценки эффективности проводимого лечения.
